Mr Delivers only lies!

Two months ago a Mr Delivery driver hit my car. The driver was from Zambia and could not speak a word of English but I took his details and contacted them for insurance purposes. It has been two months and the insurance is unable to pay out to get my car fixed due to the facr that the driver has not given his statement. The manager at Mr Delivery has also stopped answering my messages and refuses to engage with the insurer. They are being sly and hoping I will let it go. Honestly the worst behaviour I have ever encountered from a company.
