Mr Deliver Not!!!

I ordered food last week. The restaurant did not take my order, I am since waiting for a refund. The below is their pathetic response to my frustrations;

I am sorry to hear that you were having issues placing your order.

As the restaurant did not accept your order the payment has automatically been refunded back to your account and should reflect within 24 hours.

In Accordance with the SA Banking procedures, the refund can take 2 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
