Mr D wont offer option to select what you want and wont deliver what is advertised in the image.

I ordered croxley files on the Mr D App, it showed a set of four colors. Which was green, yellow, navy blue and blue.

They had a combo deal, according to their combo deal if you bought three croxley files, with an assortment color you would get it for R50. What they advertised was three bundles of a set of four croxley files in each bundle. What they were trying to achieve with that adverti*****t, I do not know. To an unsuspecting buyer, you think if you add 3 to the cart, you will get 12 files but instead, you will get 9 files, could be the same color or a mixture and on top of that, they dont give you the option to choose the colors you want. They choose the colors for you.

When I got my order, I was not happy because I only got two of the colors that were advertised and an additional color that wasn't advertised.

I tried reaching out to them that, they didnt deliver what they advertised. The colors I wanted were the ones advertised not what I received, can I send the order back as it's not what I wanted. They told me that, what you got is what you ordered and if you not happy, you have to personally go return the stuff at the store that you ordered the stuff from.

Like, I bought these things online and when it comes to returning, I have to go instore?

I ended up just unsubscribing from Mr D because they were not taking me as a customer seriously
