Mr D won't deliver but will take your money

Horrid Experience. I ordered a large amount of food for my employees on 29/07/22, it showed money had been taken from my account, I received an alert that the order had been collected and is out for delivery and not 2 minutes later, the order was unsuccessful. I was told I'll recieve a credit but after numerous attempts, there has been no feedback. I will be reporting them not for taking my money, but for how unprofessionally they have handled this situation. Bunch of *******.
