Mr D will sell you ROTTEN FOOD and WON'T apologize or REFUND you !!!! Buy UBER EATS instead. They won't only apologize but will fix it !!

I use 'Mr D' or Mr Delivery interchangeably with Uber eats. I can hands down confirm UBER EATS gives better service. Can you believe I reported I was sold a salad with rotten soggy lettuce. Let me repeat ROTTEN salad via Kauai and to date they have NOT attended to my query or given me my refund. I'm now going to report them to the health department. I know for a fact selling rotten food is against the law. And them ignoring customers hoping it will blow over certainly is poor judgement .

I bought the salad via their app 1 Feb , today is 8th Feb and after several attempts to follow up with them - still nothing.

Be warned and don't use them . They don't care whether what you consume risks your health or not. . All they care about is taking your money . Disgusting behavior
