MR D - Will not use again!

I have placed 2 orders that were charged incorrectly and over charged.

Picolinos Pizza - Charged for AVO - Not recieved - R20.00- REF : #DFD***9 Mac Donalds - Charged for Quater Pounder with Drink - Not recieved - R75.00 - RED : #DFD***0

I have since requested a refund TWICE and have not received any feedback. At this point I would like a FULL Refund and something for the inconvenience I have gone through on this
