Mr D will leave you Hangry

Good day, this was absolutely pathetic service from Mr D.

I placed the order at 17h00, called through at 18h00 when the incomplete order had arrived and was sent back.

I spoke to Sonke, who assured me that he would process a reorder and call me back.

I then waited 25mins and called back as I received no response from Sonke, was told to wait by the next consultant and that Sonke would be contacting me. Waited another 15mins and called once again as I had received no call from Sonke.

Spoke to yet another agent who told me that Sonke had done a credit wallet. No call made to me to advise, no re order, while my family and I sit here waiting on a Sunday evening with no food.

Then did a reorder with my credit wallet food finally arrives at 19h40, 2 and 40mins aftr starting the initial process and guess what, food is cold and there's no straws for the cooldrinks.

This is absolutely pathetic service.

Very disappointed customer.
