MR D VERY INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I placed an order, have already paid for it with my card. Now I get an email to say 'Order could not be completed' with no other info whatsoever. I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER! What type of unprofessional inconsiderate nonsense is this honestly? Provide feedback ASAP Never using this app again! Way to go for losing a good customer
