MR D very bad service

I ordered a few essentials from Pick ‘n Pay on mr d at 8h22 and has not received my order now it 13h03. No refund of my my money. What a day light *******. When I call they are escalating it because the drivers are rejecting my order . What a bad service. If you see me buying from MR D again please kill me.
