Mr d uses unlicensed driver's who cause accidents

Mr d Boksburg used a driver who had no license to make a delivery by my complex which resulted in the driver reversing into my parked car. I now have a damaged car. I reported the incident to the branch and i was told that they are not responsible for these kind of incidents, stating that their drivers are independent contractors and therefore they are not liable for damages. Sad part is that the delivery wasn't even requested by myself.
