MR D useless and the drivers are worse

Useless in customer service. First the delivery driver goes the wrong way then eventually makes it to my address. While I'm standing by the gate he said he is here that was a lie. Phoned customer service and absolutely no help waiting for them to call me back as they said and nothing.
