Mr D unauthorised transaction

-10/10. An authorised transaction was made on my bank account. I contacted Mr D and my inquiry was escalated to finance department apparently. No response from them till now. The money left my account in seconds and put in on a minus, extremely unconvincing me BUT it takes forever for it to be rightfully returned or any type of explanation. Horrible service
