MR D - Unauthorised payment for order not processed

MR D Food - Order did not process on their system, thus no order number received but payment has been deducted on my account. Have been sending in a query via the Whatsapp number and website but no response. This is the second time having an issue with them. Last time I was refunded for food not delivered. I'm losing faith in their service.
