Mr D ugh, what a mess

Ordered food, after an hour phoned the restaurant, apparently my order was collected (but that did not show on the Mr D app), they gave me the delivery guy's number, phoned him, according to him he "arrived" at my estate. Opened the gate and waited outside my home, nothing. Phoned again, "he is lost". Drove to the gate, nobody in sight at all. Had to go and buy other food, finally could eat at 20 to 10pm. Previous order through Mr D, parcel was open upon receive, half of my order was missing... So, Mr D is going down the drain. I cannot pay for someone else to eat my food. Ordered at Uber Eats, what a breeze, so easy and all info emailed and delivery was super quick.
