MR D ****TY SERVICE AND NONQUALIFIED STAFF

Ordered supper for my family, and order that came to over R 300, waited for an hour no delivery no notification, then i called the contact center i was told my order was cancelled, i was asked if i would like a coupon or refund.i chose coupon as i wanted to purchase another meal. 12 hours and 5 frustrating phone calls to there contact center and NO ****ING COUPON OR FOOD OR REFUND. WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE.
