MR D terrible service !!!

I placed an order at 11AM so my colleague and I food will be delivered in time...its past 12:30 and still no food has arrived i received a food delivered message at 11:40 when I called to explain that i still haven't received it consultants Zintle , Caroline and Cythia kept telling me that the food is delivered they will call me back to see what happened i work in an office park that has multiple businesses so that is why i stated the business name including the floor when i called to speak to a manager the manager Xola was to busy to attend my call and ended up calling me later telling me again that the food has been delivered yet it hasn't i asked for a refund which they couldn't do they wanted to give me a coupon which i have no idea what i am going to do with it since they couldn't deliver my food in the first place this is the last time i will order from a place that has no customer service or couldn't even be understanding to the situation. order number :DFD***4
