MR D takes your money but does not give you your order

I have had good service from them in the past until 3 days ago, I placed an order with them they deducted my money off my card and did not receive my order number. The order was not on their system. I have phoned, I have mailed but all they do is go incomplete circles. After 3 days I can say their support is completely useless.
