Mr D take money without sending orders

On the 7th of May 2020 I placed an order on Mr D website for Kentucky. The money was taken off my account but no order showed up under my profile. I phoned the KFC involved and they told me they did not get the order. I emailed Mr D and their parent company Takealot and got an email reference back from Mr D. Orders - #***5. The reserved money has now been taken off my account. I have informed my bank about this money being taken off without receiving an order.

I see all the other complaints as well. Mr D, refund our money!!!!
