MR D sucks, time to delete the profile

Service has been beyond terrible today, made an order around 17:40, now it is 19:54 still i dont have a solution on the wrong order i received, and their consultant hanged up on me when i requested to speak to somone senior. Once i get this resolved i am deleting my profile
