Mr D sucks

Numerous times i have ordered,the delivery comes and the food has been tossed around and all sauce is all over the packet and almost none on the food,tonights was the last straw,i will admit i put an incorrect address in,it was the name of the street and views but i put the name and road as it was the first to pop up and i was ordering for a friend..however upom asking the driver if he could drive the extra 2km down the road or if i could fetch it from the incorrect address they proceeded to cnacel my order and tell me on email that i would not be refunded... why would they not allow you to pickup from the incorrect address providing it takes u less than 5 minutes? I dont understand... why can i not then drive to the shop and collect it upon the drivers return? Now i have paid for something but cannot claim it? Im sorry i thought that pizza is my property due to my having paid for it?
