Mr D SUCKS!

Ordered something from Mr D at 16h24. Paid immediately as they wont process your order if they font get payment. At 18h00ish received a mail (not a phone call) saying our delivery was unsuccessful. SO NO IMMEDIATE REFUND despite paying in full and accepting our order, NO FOOD DELIVERY despite confirmation of such. You think anyone has phoned me to explain? What a joke! Ripping vulnerable people off during this crisis and offering a refund in 5 days time when my money had to clear immediately for them to accept an order! What a ****!
