Mr D stole my money because they cannot do basic Maths

Mr D is quick to overcharge you, list items found in the parcel delivered when in actual fact they did not include many items. This was our experience when both me and my husband purchased items using the Mr D app. Despite sending a photo.of the delivered items and countless emails, Mr D has the MOST *********** people working for them. Mr D has "******" R60 from me and another R60 from my husband. Yes ******! They cannot do basic Mathematics and have therefore under-refunded me. Everytime I send them an email I get a stupid automated message saying that my query has been updated? Today I have still not received my money from them!!!! If it was at all possible I would rate them a negative number for customer service and a 10 out of 10 for incompetence!
