MR D STOLE MY MONEY

On the 29th of September I mistakenly ordered a meal at Burger King Gateway I paid via EFT not knowing that the only option was for a Collect (I was hoping for delivery) I tried to cancel and customer services advised me that I need to go to Burger King when I get there I'm advised by a super lazy manager by the name of Bonga to call back MR D I'm sick and tired of calling and I spent R230 on that order it's disgusting how you run business *****ing hard earned money of customers with a **** poor customer service line. One of the consultants advised me that she will escalate the issue but left me on hold until she dropped the call on me.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
