MR D *****s your money without providing the service

I placed 2 orders with Mr D with Fishaways Highlands, Mr D took the money and then both times said they out of stock even though it is 2 different things I ordered.

Mr D said they cant do immediate refunds yet they took money when they could not provide the service. This is completely ********* and now I have to sit without the money both times.
