Mr D staff keep closing unresolved complaints and not taking me seriously

I purchased food from Hungry Lion on the Mr D app on the 6th September 2024. The chicken was too crispy to the extent where it was hard to chew and it had no taste. I logged a complaint on the Mr D app and they sent me a R30 coupon when I wanted a refund.

I sent communication back that they should refund the whole amount of my purchase and not just give me a R30 coupon.

Until now I have not received my refund and they keep closing my complaints without resolving it. On Saturday was the last time I sent through another complaint to Mr D and I received feedback for the second time that they will send my complaint to the restaurant management team but nobody called me or emailed me, they just have the audacity to close my complaints without resolving it.

This is poor service and a waste of my time. They are quick to take your money but when you have an issue they close your damn complaints.
