Mr. D so did not deliver

I placed an order through Mr. D for an order from McDonalds Haasendal. The order was for a 10 piece nugget meal, Quarter Pounder with cheese meal and 2 x Oreo McFlurries. The driver arrived and couldn't understand English, after calling him back twice, he could eventually explain that he was outside the complex, so I walked out to get the order. When I asked him where the 2 x Oreo McFlurries were, he looked as if I was speaking Japenese, yet, I showed him the order on my phone and when he looked at his phone, I showed him that it was on the order, to which he still appeared confused. He then said that it's coming. I asked him if he was going to go and fetch it and he said yes. I walked into the complex with my security guard and I still said that the guy was probably going to mark the food as delivered. I'm sorry, but my full order was not delivered. It's not just about the money (nearly R100 wasted) but there was no apology from his side and I'm sure that he's not going to come back with the McFlurries. The order number was #DFD***. It's now the second time at this time of the month that I've been disappointed by Mr. D and they don't give you your cash back, they give you a credit, so you forced to make use of their app again. I think going forward I'll either have to use Uber Eats or get into my car and go and get the things myself, because quite clearly, service is not important to Mr. D.
