Mr D services are pathetic

The delivery was for PicknPay and i used a Mr D driver who was rude and the delivery manager was obnoxious telling me I was wrong when the driver did not even wait for me long enough or hoot to indicate he was at the gate. When I order directly from PicknPay there is never any issues. I always have issues with MR Delivery their service is pathetic its not my first time complaining I tipped the driver and I'm not being refunded so I basically lost money with the order I placed. How can companies like this still exist their sole purpose is customer service they are the customer service but they can never serve the customer! All they do is take fees for a pathetic service. There was 1 person at the Mr D Norwood that showed empathy out of every other person I reached out to. Very disgruntled at Mr D!!!
