Mr D service is terrible, drivers are careless

i placed an order on MR D food app on the 22nd May at 6pm , i ordered from a restaurant called ChikN in sandton. the people packing messed up the order by putting the tubs of mash and gravy upside on the bottom of the paper bag, when the driver arrived the food were all messed as the both tubs opened and messed the other items , the bottom of the bag was already ripped open due to the liquids and all food fell on the floor when driver handed me the parcel, i spent R200 and could not eat the items , i called the complaints line and they promised a refund which i still did not receive
