Mr D *****s your money and can not care for you their client

My order number is DFD***. Orderd food and gave instructions on the app to the driver where to deliver. Waited where I said I would. Driver marked the order as delivered though he never delivered or contacted me. Phoned the help centre on ***,spoke to a service agent who verified my details and said I must hold on so he can phone the driver,after 18 minutes of holding the line,I was cut off. Never recieved my order and have screenshots of everything and cctv footage can show driver never came to the premises. Mr D employes stole my money by making me pay for something I did not receive in good faith and then proceeded to give me the worst customer service by not attending to my inquiry or sorting out the problem. This will not end here
