Mr D' s bad service

I ordered a bottle of alcohol at checkers liquor, and placed the location of where I was ( a park ) so once the driver arrived ,we realised his at the other side of the nature reserve and there's no possible way to go around and collect it ,we asked the driver to please try and come this side or meet us half way,since we can't go that side ( we didn't even have a car ) and it was going to take a very long time to get that side, I mwan he has a motor bike why can't he just come the other side , he refused and returned the bottle back to the shop and the order was unsuccessful. I asked for the reversal of the money sent and mr D is refusing because " the shop preprared the food " what did they prepare? They just gave the driver the bottle and that was it no packaging no nothing . And on top of that they going to resell the bottle yet I can't get my money ? How is that far ? This is honestly pure ******* ,was going to understand if it was food but they can't be saying that with a sealed item. Can anyone assist me get the money back
