Mr D, ripping customers off since 2017

So your company has a name, "Mr Delivery". Yet there is one job you cannot do, make a delivery. You supercharge items on your app, on top of that you charge for delivery. Then by default you add a tip for the driver. The how surprised should i be to hear that when i phone rhe restaurant making the order, that the food has been ready and waiting for more than half an hour. But no, there is no driver willing to come and collect it. This is after ive tried phoning you, and the manager tried phoning you. So now im stuck with no or cold food that i have to collect myself, but ive already paid for the damn delivery. Thanks for ripping customers off since 2017
