Mr D refuses to return my money.

DFD*** I have ordered twice for my food. The first I ordered, I paid and when I check to see how far my order is, it did not exist. The second time I ordered the app turned it into a collection order. I called to cancel the order, I was told to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant only to be told that Mr D should be the ones cancelling the order. As a result, I have been ****** of my money and there is no way of recovering it between Mr D and the restaurant.
