Mr D reaping its customers off

Some few weeks ago l ordered food and l received a wrong order. On the 17th of December l ordered food and l was standing outside, the driver did not arrive. I tried calling him in vain until the delivery was cancelled. I lodged a query asking for refund. Today l received an email stating l wont get my refund because the reatuarent staff and the delivery guy needs to be paid. Wow, such gross disregard and disrepect. What am l paying for when l did not receive the food? The order number is DFD***.
