Mr D ****py service and worthless vouchers

This app service is full of ****.

They sent me promos of which did not work. I tried them twice and I ended up cancelling the orders because they didn't work. The orders were cancelled less than a minute after being placed and the promised to reimburse my account. Now it's time to pay and they are telling me that a drive was trying to contact me for the order and I going to pay 50% of the order meanwhile I cancelled the order before it was made. Nobody called me to deliver the order, the R50 off and free delivery did not go thru hence the order was cancelled.

I called the call centre 3 times afterwards with no answer which means that they screen their calls and I waited for more than 6 minutes at a time.

Your sense of customer service sucks. Nobody even called to find out the full story. You guys just jumped into conclusion. Your are full of ****. I want my money and a proper apologies.
