MR D - Poor system faliure / Unsuccessful delivery

On Friday the 8th of May, I was feeling confident to use the MR D application to order takeaways. Whilst completing the order, an error notification appeared at the end-stage .. Stating "unable to process payment' - This server timed out while performing this request" ( For an application of this size, there should be investigations & most certainly prepartions for busy times like we are currently experiencing during COVID -19. The issue that concerned me was from the above, The system double debited me, as unaware when I saw the error notification, one would think to try again with the intention their wont be a double duplication of payment. The 2nd payment was reversed but the 1st payment was initiated with no delivery of food, which was upsetting, leaving me to order for the 3rd time on Uber Eats... I have received no further communication assisting the matter for 4 days now.
