Mr D Poor Customer service

So I ordered from Mr D... choose my location on the app then when I notice on the slip its a wrong address so i tell them before the food is picked up from the shop that its a wrong address please cancel 10 min later the driver call on the wrong address i try to plead with him to come to my address i asked he take the food back he said he can't i said take it to Mr D offices they will make a plan... Mr D offices emailed me to tell me they will not refund me and I'm not getting the food it was my fault for the wrong adress... people lets leave Mr D im saying it while you still can Uber eats is available and really helpful Mr D is expensive but dont care about customer care... trash
