MR D - Perhaps yous should deliver mail and not food

I received a "free" promo code from them due to them having a world class service and ectending it to my area, so i ordered from the Mr D app, placed an order, wnet through the rigourous checkout process online, paid the money (EFT), received comfirmation from the reataurant (Romans Pizza), that the order is in process, only to receive a phone call 5 min late that the emtire order was cnacelled because they did not have stock , so surely if there is no stock the web site should not accept the order, when i asked for a refund i eas tild that would take 5 days!!!!!! i was offfred a "free" coupon to the same amoubt that I am owned, and that coupon can only be used once meaning from another restaurant i had to order the full amount, spoke to the manager and was told that is the proces, spoke to the Romans National Marketing Manager who also said that the customer relations manager would be in touch with me.............alas still waiting POOR SERVICE, poorer customer relations, if the operator of the store does nit even know what is in his shop
