Mr D pathetic customer service!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I complained about 2 orders- no assistance whatsoever. Promised coupons which never worked. Support has closed me after I told them that the issues were still not revolved. Thabisa M and Ariel.I are completely *********** are not fit to be working in customer support. No emails or phone calls after my complaint. I warned them that I will write a post here on Hellopeter but clearly, they just have a don’t care attitude. I’m a regular at Mr D but I am moving to Uber Eats. I have had no issues with them whatsoever recently. Totally disgusted by the customer service from Mr D and would not recommend that anyone uses them. I had items that were missing from my order and they are refusing to assist. BEWARE
