Mr D pathetic client service

On the 27yh of April 2025 I ordered food from Copper Chimney my purchase was paid and immediately after I received the "outta of stock " message. I was confused as to why wasn't this information there before I ordered After having to relay the story to mearly 5 "agents my money is still not refunded to my bank account after I requested this on the 27th of April 2025.Their excuse is it takes 3 to 5 days to reflect in one's bank account. I've also been told about public holidays which makes no sense 🤔 since when does technology have public holidays 🤔 I'm disgusted in this company's incompetence. Pay back my money
