Mr D, overrides mistake rectification in the worst way

I am absolutely appalled by Mr Delivery. I ordered Pizzas from Debonairs and received the incorrect pizza. After Liasing with Debonairs that they would replace it the following day because the store was closing, Mr Delivery took it soon themselves to decline the fix from Debonairs and only credit my account with the R50 as they feel that it's only the buy up that was wrong. This is a ploy to force me to use the app again and pay delivery charges. If this was told to me when I laid the complaint when it happened I would have forced the pizza to be corrected and for them to collect the incorrect pizza.
