Mr D NOT WORTH IT!!!! *******!!!

I made a purchase on the app only for the order to be declined because the store was out of stock. Thereafter the funds fell into a " credit wallet " on the app. I requested a payout so that it would go back into my bank account and this was on the 19/07/2021. It is now the 28/07/2021 and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed their team and had one of their members send me a POR (PROOF OF REFUND) saying the refund amount is 80cents when they need to refund me R115.70. What a horrible experience and nobody is actually able to give you the help you need. How can my POR have such an unbelievably low amount in comparison to what I'm waiting for. I will NEVER use this app again. I am so disappointed at the service and customer care.
