Mr D not willing to refund unfulfilled order

It is with great disappointment that I am forced to deactivate my account.

I placed an order that was not fulfilled and my credit wallet was not credited nor was I refunded. On sending emails to Mr D requesting a payout, I was offered a coupon which I declined as I requested a refund. Note there is no mention made of a coupon payout in your Credit Wallet / Payout section.

I have made contact on several occasions requesting a refund and am receiving the same - copy and paste "apology " and a coupon offer which is not what I have requested.
