Mr D, not to be used

Ordered over R500 worth of food only to be told I had selected collect (been using the app for ages never even saw this option....) why would a person use a delivery service only wanting to go collect themselves? No one ever phoned and said hey you've made a mistake or your food has been standing for some time or.... No they just leave it, phone them 2 hours later to find out why no food has been delivered only to have a..... Tell you they don't know and now it's to late place is closed...???? No sympathy or anything. So from now. 1 don't support takeaway chains like this. 2 don't support delivery companies like this. 3. Let's help contribute to the unemployment rate because they obviously they don't want to be at work.
