Mr D not so efficient and fantastic after all

On the 15th of June, a Mr D driver drove into the back of my car, I did my due diligence of going to the police and then notifying Mr D about the incident. I am STILL waiting for them to come back to me with a response other than we have escalated the issue. They won't give out phone numbers or contact info of anyone to follow up with, so it's a waiting game and at this stage I am getting extremely annoyed as I need to fix my car. Their service is shocking to say the least.
