Mr D not big on service

Placed an order at Burger King Protea Glen last night. Instead got bad service. App has minimal options to get assistance. Email option response came through after midnight. Call center option had me holding on for so long I had to make the call 3x because I ran out of credit all three times.

It became frustrating to have to wait for food 20 min past the estimated delivery time and app not giving one any options or communicating the delay the store was having. Order was received 1 h 30 after placing it.

Uber has a much much much better service and I only used your service because they didn’t have Burger King.
