Mr D no service received

Order is cancelled after I contact Mr D cause no delivery took place. Just to be informed that they will cancel the order. Hour and a half after order was placed. No communication, pathetic service... Refund my wallet,how can I order again if I dont know if it is randomly going to be cancelled.
