MR D MUST FALL

Saturday the 20th July I ordered 4 Burger King meals through Mr D, to the value of R355. As per the app you can track your order, which I do. The app says food will arrive at 17h12 that afternoon. At 17h11 Nisha from Mr D calls me to say the driver is outside my house, I walk to the door and nobody is there. Not a motorcycle or car that looks like Mr D. Nisha says he will call the driver back and find out where he is and he will call me. About 5 minutes pass by, I call Nisha too ask whats happening, he says the driver is outside he cant find your house (bear in mind the house number is relatively huge on the wall and its also on the app); I tell Nisha I am at my front door there is nobody not a single human being. Nisha calls the diver back gives me a call about 10 minutes later to say the driver will be there in 2 minutes. Okay we getting somewhere, so I thought, 5 minutes roll by and still no driver. I call Nisha who advises driver is close by, I walk to the front door and I see a broke down grey car parked opposite my house and a stoned driver sitting on his phone in the car- I look at him he looks at me and he gets out. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER, AFTER THE INITIAL DELIVERY TIME OF 17H12. The driver walks towards my door and I tell him so you have been sitting in your car for a solid 20 minutes looking for my house and its right here- he looks at me and laughs and says sorry. He hands me my food WHICH WAS ICE COLD AND ROCK HARD CHIPS, he takes my money R400 and leaves without giving my change. I get on the phone with Nisha again (whatsapp) and all Nisha can tell me is He will give the driver a warning. Im furious still am furious as to date NOBODY FROM MR D HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME REGARDING THE MATTER. I am requesting my full reimbur*****t back for the meals. I have had many issues with Mr D and even tho I complain nothing gets done to change the level of service customers receive. This post and story will be going viral on all social media platforms. I EXPECT A REFUND A FULL REFUND BY COB TODAY WITH NO EXPIRY DATE ATTACHED .
