Mr D lack of fallback plan on missed orders

I ordered food on my old address and realised that food was gonna be delivered to the old address. I called the driver to explain unfortunately where I stay was far from him. I asked them to leave the food for me by the Security so that I can collect and also his hands wee tied as he is not allowed to leave unattended, which I understand. Desparate, I called Mr D office to assist as I had paid a huge amount for the food, apparently they told me that the only way was to cancel the order and forfeit the money.

To tell you my heart was sore to believe that there is really no way I can get help in the even of mistakes like this.
