Mr D & KFC Kyalami terrible service and incorrect order delivered!!!!!

So I placed an order on the app at KFC Kyalami. Ordered 2 Sweet Chilli twisters, 4 dunked wings but, nugets and pops. I received Jalapeno Twisters, nugets and pops, no dunked wings. I send on Mr D whatsapp a message, they said I must call them. I called them and the guy said I must send photos via email to show that order was incorrect! Why will I waist my time if I received the correct order???? Seriously!!!! So now I wasted R300, Jalapeno twisters that I dont eat, and no dunked wings!!!! I had to eat bread instead of KFC!!!! This is seriously pathetic service from Mr D!!!!!
