Mr D is the worst and myself and friends will NEVER use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday the 25th we decided to order food for the kids and the rest of the family. We placed the order at 18:41, money was deducted immediately and according to the app the food will be delivered at 19:36. Needless to say no food was delivered, no communication from the restaurant or Mr Delivery and no one answers their phones. Past 8pm I had to get into my car and go buy food from another place as yet again Mr Delivery did not bother to deliver or even let us know that the food wont be delivered. Now I am waiting on my refund of R425.68. Some reviews shows clients waiting over a month for their refund. Try me, I will make you famous on each and every social media platform! No wonder UberEats is the best. You guys suck and should rather close your doors. No customer service, no apology or communication! I want my money and I want it this week or I go straight to social media!!!!!!
